Day 30

Ok - time to redeem myself and meet my goals...I've got to start getting serious...getting back in the saddle...

Exercise
Treadmill - 20 minutes, varied speeds & grades, 290 calories
Stair stepper - 10 minutes, 90 calories
8 minute abs - 25 reps each exercise

Food
Breakfast - 1/4 oatmeal with fat free milk, 1 hard boiled egg (1/4 yolk)
Snack - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
Lunch - Chili Rellenos with salsa
Snack - Myoplex Lite protein shake
Supper - chicken fajitas with wheat tortilla
Snack - sugar free fudge pop

Supplements
2- GNC Mega Woman Multi-Vitamin
2 - EAS Thermodynamx (Fat burner)
1 - GNC Glucosamine Chondriton
